1. Drop Off
When you drop off, our customer service representatives will greet you in our lobby and walk you through the steps of cleaning your gown. Once briefed and ready to drop off, you will receive an expected turnaround time.
Once we receive your wedding dress, we carefully inspect the dress making note of any small repairs or severe damage needing to be addressed. If repairs are minimal, we take care of them in house, free of charge. After all detailing is completed, we will call with our quote for cleaning.

Our experts clean, and if needed, restore your wedding dress to what it was and treat any and all stains. This is the first step in returning your gown to what it looked like the morning of your wedding!
4. Repairs
After your dress is cleaned and inspected for all spots, we repair any imperfections that were found while detailing.
5. Pressing
Your dress is now ready for pressing! Here, our pressing experts take extensive time to remove all wrinkles creating a clean, beautiful look.
6. Preserving
Our last step, preserving, is optional, but we highly recommend this for your gown. Folded with acid free tissue and placed into a beautiful box, your gown will resist the yellowing that occurs when exposed to oxygen. Preserving your gown is a perfect finishing touch and is essential for long-term storage.
